Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will cease
  • You must cease all use of our intellectual property
  • We will provide reasonable assistance in data export, subject to applicable fees
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

European Union Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these Terms.

Force Majeure

traverhvmi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with traverhvmi, constitute the entire agreement between you and traverhvmi regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.
